At REDZENT, we are committed to your satisfaction. If your product does not meet expectations, you may be eligible for a refund, return, or replacement based on the conditions outlined below.
Issuance of Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected. Refund methods depend on your original payment mode.
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item delivered
- Items eligible under our return policy
Replacement Policy
Customers may request a product replacement instead of a refund under the following conditions:
- The replacement request must be made within 15 days of product delivery
- The product must be unused and returned in original condition with box and accessories
- Replacement is subject to stock availability
- If replacement is not available, a refund will be processed
Replacement shipping charges (if applicable) may be waived if the issue was caused by REDZENT (e.g. wrong item sent, product defect).

Return Eligibility
- Return or replacement request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and returned with original packaging and invoice
- Returns are not accepted for hygiene-sensitive or customized items
- Return shipping may apply unless the return is due to a REDZENT error
Important Notes
- Cash refunds for COD orders are not available — refund will be issued to bank/wallet
- Partial refunds may be given based on item condition
- If payment or contact info is incorrect, refund may be delayed
- REDZENT reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the policy
