3. Pricing and Payment

Every pricing, if applicable, is shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and incorporates Value-Added Tax (VAT). A number of different methods of payment, including Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket), Online Payment, and Bank Transfer, are all viable options.

4. Order Confirmation

When an order is placed, a confirmation will be provided to the customer by email or text message. In the event that there is a lack of stock, there are faults in the system, or there is a suspicion of fraudulent behavior, we have the right to cancel any purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Inside Dhaka: 3 - 5 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 5 - 7 working days

The timeframe for delivery is a projection and may fluctuate as a result of courier delays or other external influences. Delivery is available across the entire nation.

6. Return and Refund Policy

• Once unboxed, electronic products cannot be returned.
• Clients may initiate a return or replacement request within a 15-day period following delivery, should the product be found defective or not as accurately described.
• A comprehensive unboxing video is required to illustrate the issue for the approval of the return.
• The item should remain in an unused and undamaged state, returned in its original packaging with the barcode preserved.
• Items that are used, aged, or altered shall not be permitted.
• The incongruence of the product barcode will lead to the rejection of the return.

8. Warranty and Support

Certain products may feature an official or seller warranty, as indicated on the product page. Redzent's policy includes the provision of lifetime technical support.

To claim warranty, the following must be presented:

• Original invoice
• Warranty card (if available)
• Original product box
• During the warranty period, if the watch can be repaired, the customer will receive a brand new watch as a replacement.
• A one-time replacement is allowed within the warranty period.
• If a replacement is not possible, the customer will receive a full refund along with delivery charges.
